One time game show contestant, oft-time urban roamer. I have nothing much to say, I'm the quiet one...which is probably why I take photos too much.

It's said that Kuala Lumpur was born in this area It's said that Kuala Lumpur was born in this area where the rivers Gombak (left) and Klang (right) converge. A mosque (masjid) was built on this are of confluence: Masjid Jamek.

As an aside, it is nice to see the rivers teeming with life, something I hope Pasig River becomes.
On the occasion of WWDC 25 and the announcement of On the occasion of WWDC 25 and the announcement of new Apple OS releases, here are some photos of the Apple Store in The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. An official Apple store mind you.
Unlike Merdeka 118 and Petronas Towers, The Exchan Unlike Merdeka 118 and Petronas Towers, The Exchange 106 does not have anything interesting as a building to brag about. In fact, there had been some controversy over its claims that it had surpassed Petronas Towers in height until it was determined that is the 3rd tallest in Malaysia at 445.5 meters and 95 storeys. It is however the skyscraper closest to where I was staying (Bukit Bintang) and it is near the TRX Mall where an official Apple Store (the only one in Malaysia AFAIK) is located.

    TRO on Torre de Manila (In Time for Rizal’s Birthday)

    Today happens to be the birthday of the Philippines’ National Hero, Jose Rizal. It feels so apt to talk about the development that happened  a few days ago which seemed to be intentionally done as a birthday gift of sorts to Rizal. I’m talking about the temporary restraining order issued by the Supreme Court against our favorite developer DMCI to stop the construction activity going on at the “national photobomber,” the 46-storey Terror, este Torre de Manila.
